Was assisted by Maude in their Finance department after we agreed on terms of the sale. She explained our deal to me over the phone, offered extended warranties and other protection packages, as well as confirmed logistics for our pickup, as we were traveling from Ontario.
We arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Rafael, who welcomed us and explained all the necessary information and document signing. He was fluently bilingual, making the experience seemless. Rafael walked us around our XC60 and sat with us detailing all the controls and functions of the interior. The vehicle was detailed beautifully by the dealership.
